With over ten years experience in the field of Outdoor and Adventurous activities, delivering programmes lasting 1- day to 30 days, Duncan has been able to mix his passion and enjoyment for the outdoors with the fulfilling work that people development brings. With qualifications and experience in a variety of outdoor activities he appreciates and understands the feeling of trying things for the first time.
His work with a wide range of demographic client types has allowed him to develop an approach which, whilst ensuring the right degree of challenge is met, supports the client through the initial physical experience and onwards into the learning and transfer aspects of the training. His varied, and colourful employment background, in both public and private sectors, brings with it a wealth of knowledge and broader understanding of a number of industries and business departments.
